Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our products are in FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program, when you did not receive the item and would like to return or refund within 30 days, please directly contact to Amazon Customer Service Department. They have a specialized team who will investigate the history of the order.

Chips, Broken, or any damaged during transportation process (only in US):

Although you buy from Amazon and Amazon are full responsible for any problem during transportation, we are here to support you more.

 

When you receive chipped, broken, damaged products or item not in its quality condition which we promise, feel free to contact us with your order id, picture of product, and your email address. Please do not send your purchase back to us or amazon. We will send free replacement to you within 2-7 days.
